• Payment to be made before attending the selected course

MQA Approval and Refund System

All our courses and seminars are approved by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA). The application forms for refund are available at the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC), NG Tower, Ebène. Please note that the refund application forms should reach the HRDC before the start of the training programme.

Cancellation

We recognise that circumstances arise when cancellation of a registration is unavoidable. In such circumstances, an alternative person from the same company can be nominated to follow the course instead. Alternatively if cancellation occurs less than 3 working days before the course a cancellation fee of MUR1,000/- will be due to cover administrative costs.
